What our clients say
“Coram Children’s Legal Centre provided invaluable help and support when my Local Authority turned down an application on behalf of my adult son for a place at a local special needs college… Needless to say, we were delighted with the outcome. Our son has settled in very well at college, is happy and making good progress, which has been hugely beneficial for the whole family. Thank you.”
“Since my daughter was diagnosed with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD), I was constantly fighting with my local authority to get the right support for her. When my daughter was out of school for nearly half a year with no prospects of getting her back to school, I contacted Coram Children’s Legal Centre for help. The solicitors’ team immediately jumped on my case, within a month she was back to school… the case was prepared so well that the local authority solicitor did not have any arguments and my case was won in the tribunal… I am so grateful for their hard work and dedication.”
“I have on two occasions used Coram and their Solicitor Qaisar Sheikh representing both times with regards to special educational needs (SEN), seeking an education, health and care plan (EHCP) and further obtaining school placements despite the local authorities denial of either being needed. I consider Coram and Qaisar by far the best in their field”.
“I have been supporting a family of children with complex educational and emotional needs. Neither children were in satisfactory education placements. Gregg and his team at Coram efficiently worked with the LA to obtain suitable school placements for the children and assessments for their education, health and care plans (EHCPs). This outcome would not have happened without the expert help and care of Gregg Burrough. Thank you very much.”
“Coram dealt with two Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) appeals for me. Everyone, from the phone receptionists through to the barrister (recommended by Coram) had my son’s best interests at heart and was friendly, patient and supportive”.
“They understood the ramifications and nuances of Local Authority decisions and were able to pick out flaws in their arguments. And in amongst all this expertise, they still made me feel like part of the team. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Thank you, Qaisar and Coram.”
