CCLC adopts a mixed funding model, with funding from a number of different sources to support our invaluable work.
- We receive funding from the Department of Education to run our Child Law Advice Service.
- We receive funding through the Legal Aid Agency to provide legal support, advice and representation to children, young people and their families through legal aid contracts in immigration/asylum law, child/family law, community care, education and public law
- We receive grants from international funding bodies, including the European Commission and UNICEF, to deliver research, evaluation and capacity-building projects on children’s rights issues across the world.
- We receive voluntary income from Trusts and Foundations, who help us to respond to emerging issues and to deliver both small- and large-scale projects to ensure we can best meet the needs of the beneficiaries we seek to support.
